                            As you might be aware, there are still a considerable number of our patients  on our waiting list, many, or if not exaggerated all, of whom earnestly wish to receive their surgeries as soon as possible.  To meet this requirement satisfactorily, we would like to ask for your kind consideration for confirmmaion of surgery we require deposit within 1 month of asking to reserve a date for surgery'. Should you fail to do so, we regretfully have to cancel your appointment, even already made, automatically without noticing you.  We feel profoundly sorry to do so; however, we do hope you to understand our necessity otherwise many of our patients will lose their chances.  Many thanks in advance.

                please pay a deposit would be requiring via wire transfer for procedure.  The remianning of  payment could be paid by cash ( Singapore dollar, Malasia ringgit  and Thai baht) on the date of your scheduled surgery date.
